If you’re anything like me, you’ve read everything you can get your hands on. Maybe you started with The Game, by Neil Strauss, or maybe you got started with How to Win Friends and Influence People. It doesn’t matter. There are thousands of books, video courses, audio courses, personal coaching, and seminars out there designed to help guys achieve success in some area of their lives.
Some of these resources are good, some deliver what they aim to deliver, and some are just absolute shit thrown out there by guys just looking to make a buck off another guy’s misfortune. I only want to review the best shit out there, which is why I chose to start this series with my favorite ebook of them all: Attraction Formula, by Paul Janka. (If you click that link, you have to enter your email to get access to the site. Don’t worry, you won’t get flooded with spam and you can always unsubscribe from the few emails that get sent out from time to time.)
Paul Janka has been pounding the streets of New York for years, hitting on over 10,000 women. He’s created a straightforward “formula” for success with women, and the best part is that most of the initial interactions only last from 60 seconds to 3 minutes. The other thing I like about Paul Janka is that he almost solely focuses on Day Game, which is completely refreshing if you’ve read nothing but stuff on clubbing, etc. He’s generally considered an “outsider” to the seduction community, which is probably a good thing. His fresh ideas and highly effective techniques make his latest book a MUST read. Within a week of implementing his stuff, you’ll be experiencing a whole new level of success with women.
The other thing I love about Attraction Formula is that it reads like a real book. It isn’t scattered all over the place, the wording is rich and exceptionally written, and the content itself is fresh, unique, and extremely valuable. There are several things I consider when trying to implement new material:
- Does it make sense to me? Do I grasp the concept? Is it logical?
- Is it simple? Is it going to be too complicated for me to bother with?
- Does it actually work if I implement it?
The answer is that Attraction Formula scores high on all of those. It’s incredibly simplistic, it makes perfect sense, and it fucking works. In addition to this, I am rating this book on several other criteria.

This book is significantly cheaper than other ebooks, and for the amount of content you’re getting, you’re pretty much raping Paul Janka when you purchase this. He needs to be charging a lot more (I think it’s still only $19.95). It would have been higher, but for the simple fact that it’s not free (and it shouldn’t be). The Ease of Implementation gets a 9.5 stars because he lays it out for you in a formula. The formula is simple. Some drawbacks will occur if you don’t live in a target-rich environment. For learning curve, you’re still going have to put in work, but the amount of new things you’ll need to learn is very low. For author credibility, Janka gets a 10. He is well-known throughout the “community”, he has implemented his system and achieved substantial results, he has appeared on high-profile shows, such as Dr. Phil, and the fucking guy went to Harvard. I just wanted to throw that in there. For uniqueness, I gave it a 10 as well because I believe this formula is unique to Paul Janka. I haven’t seen anything similar anywhere else.
Here’s Paul’s clip from the Dr. Phil show:
To conclude, I cannot recommend this book enough, even if you’re not looking to meet as many women as possible. It is a good read regardless. If you don’t want to spend a lot of money on going out and “hitting the scene”, this book is for you. Janka explains his system of NOT spending money on interactions with women. He tells you how to do it as cost-effectively as possible. He tells you how to do it as you go about your day. He tells you how to handle things when you start to get busy (scheduling conflicts). And it all starts with getting a girl’s number early on in the interaction and then getting her to come to your place.
This book is simply brilliant. Get it right here: Attraction Formula. (Don’t be a pussy and leave because you have to put in your email address. This is too good to pass up because you’re lazy.)
And for those who may already have it, or may be wondering if he has anything else out there, well, he does. He’s got Beyong the Digits, and Day Game. If you’re smart, you’ll get Attraction Formula. You won’t regret it.
Bonus: Some Paul Janka Highlights
