Being physically fit helps tremendously in all facets of your life, especially with women. Think about it — you want a woman who is healthy right? The same applies to women. They want men who take care of themselves. Being fit is about a lot more than just looks. The benefits are infinite. Here are just some of the benefits:
- able to accomplish more tasks, physically and mentally
- increased longevity and stamina (both generally and sexually)
- exercise puts you in a better mood, increased happiness
- increased confidence from not worrying about what you look like
- decreased risk of disease and illness
- more productive at work equals more money
The list goes on and on. So what can I do to help you get fit? For starters, I wrote a home exercise guide called From Street to Elite, which will guide you from zero to hero!
